Records entered by users of the WoW online assessment survey are held in a secure MySQL database on a Virtual Private Server (VPS). Work on Wellbeing Ltd undertakes to never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose personally identifiable data held in the database to a third party without a user's express permission.

Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. They do not contain any personally identifiable information. We use cookies to collect general aggregate information on site activity to personalize WoW users web browsing experience. Research

Work on Wellbeing Ltd is committed to contributing to mental health and wellbeing research. One of the ways that it can do this is to provide non-identifiable anonymous data from the MySQL database for research studies to qualified researchers and institutions. These studies may include correlation or other statistical analysis by WoW, and university or industry studies. Personally identifiable data is not included in provided research data; information collected for research purposes is completely anonymous.

Opt Out

Any additional information is stored in the MySQL database can be removed at any time from within the same application from which it was added. In other words, you can request that WoW permanently delete your account and data at any time. 

Other Communications with WoW

In most cases we keep a record of correspondence received by email and from the website contact forms. This correspondence may include personal information such as names and email addresses. It is treated as confidential and not provided to third parties without consent.

Testimonials

Testimonials may be posted on the site http://www.workonwellbeing.com from comments received by email or contact forms. We do not publish surnames or other identifiable personal information without the writer's consent.
